Am I allowed to hang up posters in the John Deutsch University Centre or Queen’s Centre?
If you are a club or group affiliated with the AMS, SGPS, ARC, or a Queen’s University department, you are allowed to submit posters to the SLC for approval in all the aforementioned locations.
What if I don’t fall under any of these categories? Can I still hang up posters?
The SLC offers a ‘Community Poster Board’ on the ground floor of the JDUC near the north entrance of the JDUC by the Khao and Tim Hortons restaurants. Signage on this board does not need approval.
How do I get my posters approved?
Visit the SLC Front Desk located on the 1st floor of the Queen’s Centre to submit up to 10 posters for approval.
Where can I print my posters?
Head to The Printing and Copy Centre to get your posters printed. Prices will differ based on page size and type of paper.
